How can I pay?
By credit or debit card, through Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe: Dettami never sees them.
What's the difference between Base and Pro?
Base writes what you say: dictation in any app, your glossary, snippets and styles — no word limits, same quality as Pro. Pro does the work for you, too: prompts from your voice, Transforms, command mode, vibe coding, the Notetaker with synced notes and MCP, and teams.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices are + VAT: Base at €2.99 a month or €29.99 a year, Pro at €4.99 a month or €49.99 a year, per person. VAT is added at checkout, based on your country, and you see it before you pay. Businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number don't pay it: the reverse charge applies.
Can I get an e-invoice?
Yes, if you're an Italian company with a VAT number: add your billing details in the portal and the e-invoice is sent through SdI.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14 days are free with no card, and they're on Pro: you try the Pro features too, then pick your plan. You add a card only if you decide to subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't subscribe, Dettami stops. Your data stays on your computer, and when you subscribe you pick up where you left off.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from the portal. Dettami keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then it doesn't renew.
Can I change plan or billing period?
Yes, from the portal. On your own you can switch between Base and Pro: to Pro right away, paying just the difference; to Base from the next renewal. A team stays on Pro. You can switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like.
How does billing work for teams?
Teams are on Pro: one subscription with a seat per person and a single invoice. At checkout you choose how many seats and pay for them in one go; then you invite people, and everyone who joins takes a seat that's already paid for. If you run out, new members get 14 days free and then their seat is added from the next renewal. Extra seats you add are charged right away, for the rest of the period; seats you remove apply from the next renewal.
Is the AI key paid separately?
The key is optional and yours: Dettami doesn't add anything on top. Gemini and Groq have free tiers; Claude and ChatGPT are billed by usage, by the provider.
